We spent one lovely evening in early April being visited by Jonathan and Sarah. Jon is the son of Deborah's godparents, Richard and Viv South. He is into computer programming and Caleb has just discovered Basic, so they had a happy time together. Sarah, Jon's girlfriend, is in Kenya helping at a school and we enjoyed getting to know her a lot. Back in the UK, she comes from very near where Deborah spent the first 10 years of her life.
Caleb's birthday was going to be whilst we were on holiday, so we had an early party. It had a Tintin theme and Justin thought up some great games.

Tom taught us more about chameleons. Did you know that you can feed baby ones by putting some fruit nearby. They then eat the fruit flies. When chameleons are unhappy they go black.
Our neighbour Frankie (L) is an expert chameleon hunter and it was good we had Tom to teach us more about how to be kind to them.
Now this guy is feeling better!
The birthday cake was a bomb - look what happened when we lit the candles!
