I know that from these blog posts, all it seems we do is have fun... I will try and redress that balance one day but honestly, photos of the office are not that exciting! These are designed to tempt more people to come and visit us in Kenya... We love having visitors and August was another month with some wonderful house-guests.
But first Deborah managed to escape the city for a wonderful Saturday in the tea fields of Limuru with her good friends Debbie, Karissa and Christiane.
So this is how your cuppa starts off life. Tea grows all year round and it's the newest leaves that make a top-class brew.
Justin scouted out a Nairobi Bible College as a possible option for South Sudanese pastors to get some more theological training. He also went to meet up with a visiting speaker from the Tunbridge Wells church Deborah grew up in.
Rob, Emily and Rhoda Hinton, friends from Doro days, were our visitors for August. Well, Rob disappeared off to Doro for a few weeks in the middle but we got to keep the girls. Rhoda was a hit with Caleb and Bethanie (and vice-versa I think) and she was at that lovely 'just walking' age, learning new things every day. She also cut 5 new teeth in Kenya which wasn't so fun for Emily!

Before we knew it the holidays were over and it was that 'back to school' time of year again.
Caleb is in his new Braeburn School uniform and Bethanie has one more year at Little Scholars to go.
