For our last few days in France with Justin's parents we had J's younger brother Matt with us. There was so much more of beautiful Brittany to explore, and we celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary
The ancient windmill on Mont DolSome great rocks for climbing nearby - can you see Justin & Bethanie, Caleb & Daddad?
A walk round the promontory at Le Havre brought sobering reminders of the Second World War - some pretty good hits were scored on this gun emplacement but it was not destroyed.
There goes the ferry, first to the Channel Islands, then onto Portsmouth
Aren't these two cute?!
A lovely afternoon tea with Benoit and Madeleine, Robin and Eileen's next door neighbours.
Anniversary meal in Cancale - Justin managed to avoid the seafood! The sea was right next to us (across the road!).
We still think we chose right in each other :)
Eileen's favourite spot - the Point de Grouillon (I have no hope of having spelled that right!)
It just makes you want to walk... and walk...
More beach fun - how long until we get washed away?!
Retreat to the sea wall for an ice-cream
I think this is the beautiful historic town of Dinan - we went onto Dinard later so I got rather confused!
Some fantastic street musicians
Cricket on the (very glittery) sands of Dinard
Someone's happy!
But what is going on here?!
Glad she made it!
